Ingredients
¾cup olive oil mayonnaise
½cuppacked fresh flat leaf parsley
½cuppacked fresh cilantro leaves
1jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
2garlic cloves, halved
1½Tbspcider vinegar
¾tspcumin
¼tspsalt or to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender; blend until smooth and chill. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend.
