You won’t believe how simple and delicious this Key Lime Yogurt with Graham Cracker Granola is! It’s a perfect breakfast or even a dessert topped with fresh berries. Store any leftover graham cracker granola air tight container and use again on yogurt or serve over ice cream. You’ll love this simple recipe!!!
Without a doubt, this is the simplest recipe on my blog. Plain yogurt is sold in huge plastic tubs or can easily be homemade in jars. By simply adding Key lime juice the sour taste of plain yogurt becomes a little sweet and citrusy. Little Key limes are less sour than the larger Persian limes and they add a unique tart, floral taste. The Graham Cracker Granola is made with graham crackers, granola, shredded coconut, butter or coconut oil, and honey. The granola adds a tropical taste that you might expect with the Key lime citrus. Key Lime Yogurt with Graham Cracker Granola is perfect serve for breakfast, brunch, as a snack, or a light dessert. Sprinkle leftover granola over ice cream or even roll a scoop of ice cream in it. It’s so good!!!
