White Vanilla Icing
White Vanilla Icing drizzles perfectly over any bundt, loaf cake, or cinnamon rolls. It's a light icing without being overly sweet. Replace the cream cheese frosting with the White Vanilla Icing on my Banana Bundt Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting.
Servings: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, sift the powdered sugar and whisk in the milk and vanilla. The consistency is slightly thick. A great icing to drizzle on cakes, especially bundt cakes. If too thick add a little more milk, if too thin add more powdered sugar in very small increments. Use icing immediately or cover the bowl with a damp cloth, until ready to use.
