Watermelon is the perfect summer fruit! We all know it’s juicy and delicious but did you know it’s 92% water? Watermelon is a great fruit to eat during the hot summer months to stay hydrated, not to mention, to help keep your swimsuit ready body.

This beautiful salad is so refreshing and filling. I love the combination of the juicy watermelon, sweet blueberries, salty Feta, and fresh mint. The dressing is totally optional. I’ve gotten huge compliments serving it with and without the Honey-Lime Dressing.

Watermelon Blueberry Feta Salad is also amazing served over Arugula. Drizzle the Arugula with some of the Honey-Lime Dressing before adding it to the fruit mixture or just sprinkle the fruit mixture on top.
